Welcome to Content Refresher. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Content Refresher website, WordPress plugin, and associated services (the "Service"), operated by VELTE Tomasz Adamski, with registered address at Starków 28, 57-362, Polska ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Content Refresher provides an AI-powered content optimization tool for WordPress. The Service uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) and search APIs to analyze and suggest improvements to your website content.

2. Licenses and Subscriptions

License Key: Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the Service on a specific number of domains as defined by your chosen plan.
Subscription: Some features are provided on a recurring subscription basis. You agree to pay the fees associated with your plan via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
Credits: Usage (refreshes) is limited by the number of "tokens" or "credits" associated with your account. Credits may expire according to your plan's specific terms.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the Service.
Share your license key with unauthorized third parties.
Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party intellectual property or promoting hate speech/illegal activities.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Accuracy: AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or SEO-effectiveness of the generated content.
Human Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published on your website. Content Refresher is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for human editorial judgment.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Refund Policy: We offer a standard 14-day refund period for first-time purchases, provided that less than 20% of the plan tokens have been consumed.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VELTE Tomasz Adamski be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of traffic, ranking, or revenue) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
