• Service Usage Data: To provide the Service, we process your WordPress website URLs and the content of the articles you choose to refresh. We also store logs of requests (including IP addresses) to prevent abuse and for rate limiting.
• Technical Data: We may collect technical details about your browser, operating system, and WordPress version for support and troubleshooting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Content Refresher service.
• Communicate with you regarding your subscription or support requests.
• Prevent fraudulent activity and abuse of the Service.
• Improve the Service based on aggregated usage patterns.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your data with the following third-party providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Service:

• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Google Cloud (Gemini API): The content of your articles is sent to Google's Gemini API for processing and optimization. Google does not use this data to train median models.
• Tavily API: Keywords and content samples may be sent to Tavily for real-time web research to improve article quality.

4. Data Security and Retention

• Security: We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL, hashing, WAL mode for databases) to protect your data.
• Retention: We retain your license and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required by Polish fiscal law. Request logs are typically kept for 30 days.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Access and Portability: The right to request copies of your data.
• Rectification: The right to correct inaccurate data.
